How we work
We spend two weeks with your team. Our analyst maps every data source, interviews stakeholders, and identifies the three or four use cases with the highest return. You get a written roadmap with cost and timeline estimates.
In four to six weeks we build a working proof of concept on a subset of your data. You can test it, challenge the outputs, and decide whether to proceed before committing to a full build.
The approved model gets hardened: error handling, monitoring, API endpoints, security review. We deploy to your cloud or on-premise infrastructure and run parallel testing alongside your current process for at least two weeks.
After launch we monitor model accuracy weekly. When performance drifts below the agreed threshold, we retrain automatically. Monthly reports land in your inbox with plain-language summaries, not just charts.
